Fondo Azul

Fondo Azul is a dive center on the Ecuadorian coast created by Luis Mera, a former harpoon fisherman converted to the conservation of marine turtles with the project Equilibrio Azul, still a beautiful story.

After having taught most of the good dive sites to the daring ones who set up the first dive centers in Puerto Lopez, he decided to set up his own, being the only native of Puerto Lopez to direct his recreational scuba diving activity. Together with his brother Freddy, they will take you to the best dive sites and share with you their incredible ability to find the local fauna.
